Norse Projects offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt, allowing you to return any unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. We strive to ensure a seamless process for all international and domestic returns to maintain our commitment to quality service.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original labels and tags remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
